Filtering the Staff on Display

If you have a large team to assign interventions to, you can filter the staff displayed on the Caseload Management screen and assign interventions with greater ease.

It is possible to filter the staff displayed on the screen:

  • Individually
  • According to the time of day their shifts are scheduled for

Filtering Staff Individually

  1. Select the Filter button located in the top right of the screen.
  2. A list of the staff who are scheduled to work on the date in question is displayed.
  3. Choose the member(s) of staff whose caseload you wish to view.

  1. The required caseloads are now displayed on the Caseload Management screen..

You can also:

  1. Select the Options button to the right of the name of the staff member whose Caseload you wish to view and select View Caseload.

  1. You are taken to the Individual Caseload screen for desired staff member.

Filtering by Shift Schedule

  1. Select the Filter button.
  2. Choose the required timespan(s) you wish to filter by, please note that multiple timespans can be selected.

  1. Only staff whose caseloads match the timespan(s) that you selected are displayed on the screen.
Note - When a filter has been applied, the filter button displays in orange . To clear the filter, select the filter button and select the Clear button.
Note - If you set a filter and leave the Caseload Management screen, the filter will remain set as long as the Community app is open.
