Filtering the Staff on Display
If you have a large Community team to assign interventions to, you can filter the staff displayed on the Caseload Management screen and assign interventions with greater ease.
It is possible to filter the staff displayed on the screen:
- According to the time of day their shifts are scheduled for
Filtering Staff Individually
- Select the Filter button located in the top right of the screen.
- A list of the staff who are scheduled to work on the date in question is displayed.
- Choose the member(s) of staff whose caseload you wish to view.
- The required caseloads are now displayed on the Caseload Management screen..
Filtering by Shift Schedule
- Select the Filter button.
- Choose the required timespan(s) you wish to filter by, please note that multiple timespans can be selected.
- Only staff whose scheduled shifts match the timespan(s) that you selected are displayed on the screen.
