Logging in to Community

To log into Community:

Note - You cannot access Community from a terminal server or AEROS session.
  1. From your desktop, double click Community .

  2. The first time you log into Community, you must select your country. Simply select from the list available:

  3. In Scotland, you must now select your Health Board.

  4. Select Continue.

  5. Select Username and enter your NHS registered email address.

  6. Select Password and enter your password, you can select the Eye symbol to check your password is entered correctly:

    Note - Your username and password are provided by your systems administrator.

    Training Tip - After three incorrect log in attempts you are locked out of Community. Please contact your system administrator to unlock your account.

  7. Select Sign In.

  8. If you have more than one role or you work across more than one district, the Please choose your role screen displays, select the role you require for this session:

    Note - You can return to this screen and change your role at any point, see Changing Your Roles for details.
