Coronavirus Clinical Audits
We have created two Coronavirus (COVID-19) Clinical Audits to help you report on and monitor Coronavirus patient care and vaccinations:
The audits are updated in line with the national requests that we receive. Changes to the audits are notified via the Knowledge Base and the Vision 3 front screen.

Coronavirus Administration (COVID-19) - To help you manage the administration of your practice population and those on the shielded patient list.

Coronavirus Vaccination - To help you monitor the vaccination of your practice population (16 years of age and older).
Training Tip - From Clinical Audit you can view and access affected patients, analyse prevalence, add patient reminders and use audit groups in ad-hoc search and reports. See the Clinical Audit Help Centre for further details.
Training Tip - You can create a CSV list of additional patient details from any Clinical Audit report. See Additional Patient Details from Clinical Audit for more information (opens the Searches and Reports Help Centre).
