The following clinical terms have been released to all practices using Vision 3:

  • 65F0500 Administration of second dose of vaccine product containing only Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 messenger ribonucleic acid (procedure) (SNOMED CT Concept 1144998002)

Recording Adverse Reactions & Allergies

The following COVID specific terms are available to record adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccinations in Vision 3 and Vision Anywhere:

  • TJK6200 Adverse reaction to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 vaccine

  • 14l5100 Allergy to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 vaccine
