3 Quick Steps to Processing a Test Result

Step 1

  • From Mail Manager , locate and select the message containing the result required.

Step 2

  • View the result in the bottom pane, remember there may be more than one result tab and all must be read.

Step 3

  • Right click on the message and select:
    • File - If the result did not file on receipt, and then
    • Action - To choose the next process for the result.
