Viewing the Patient Registration Audit Trail from Patient Select

You can view a patient registration audit trail from Consultation Manager:

1. From Consultation Manager, select Patient Select .
2. Enter the search details of a patient and select Find .
3. Right click on the results and select Audit Trail.

   

4. The Patient Details - Audit Trail for the patient is now displayed.
