Mail Category Filters

You can filter the messages Mail Manager displays by category:

  1. From Mail Manager , select the Staff or Patients tabs.
  2. Select either the Incoming or Outgoing mail folders.
  3. Select the category required.
Note – Available categories vary depending on country.

Message types are categorised into the following:
