Staff tab

The Staff tab displays your messages and any other user(s) for whom you have rights to view mail. Every staff member has a mailbox into which mail allocated to them is delivered, in addition, there is a special mailbox for Unallocated Mail. By default, each user only has access to their own mailbox, it is possible to grant a user access to multiple mailboxes, see Staff Access for details on access set up.
Important - There is an important difference between the Staff and the Patient view. The Patients view displays all patients for whom mail has been received. The Staff view, only shows those messages you have a right to view.
