Warfarin Monitor

Built within the Anticoagulation Manager template is a Warfarin Dosing tool. You can access the Warfarin Dosing tool direct without using the Anticoagulation template. To do this:

  1. From Consultation Manager, select a patient as usual.
  2. From the Windows Notification Area, right click Vision+ Vision+ Icon in Notification Area and select Warfarin Monitor:

  3. The following options are available:

    • Warfarin Dose - Selecting Warfarin dose launches the Warfarin dose screen.

    • Warfarin Dose History - Selecting Warfarin Dose History displays the patient's Diagnosis Indications along with their INR history and Warfarin dose values.

    • New/Current Diagnosis - This is where you can add a new Indication or view Current Diagnosis Indications.

    • Practice Defaults - Practice defaults allow you to set system wide defaults for assisting in the management of your Anticoagulation patients.
