Edit or Delete Letter/SMS Templates

To edit the content or format an existing template, or delete a template that you no longer require:

On the Letter Templates screen, highlight the template you want to delete or change.
Do one of the following:
- To edit the selected template, select Edit .
- To delete the selected template, select Delete .
