Viewing Sent Messages

All SMS messaging sent to your patient, and the responses you receive are viewable within Vision+. To access this auditable information:

  1. Make sure that there is no patient selected in Consultation Manager.
  2. From the Windows Notification Area, right click Vision+ Vision+ Icon in Notification Area and select Sent SMS Messages:

  3. The Sent SMS Messages screen displays in denominations of 100 and shows all messages sent to your patients from Consultation Manager, along with the status of the message:

  4. You can filter the information, select Filter next to the column heading required.
  5. The filter options display:

    • Select the options required.
    • To clear a filter, select it again to remove the tick, or select All.
    • Select Custom to apply a filter that matches your criteria:

    • Training Tip - You can look for missing information in a column by filtering for blank items.
