Unsent Message Warning

If you have a problem with your Spine messaging, a system tray alert displays the following:

"There may be a problem with the messaging program. Spine services (PDS,EPS,CAB,etc) are unavailable. You are advised to check the GPC machine. Please also check any EPS prescriptions and take alternative actions as they may have not reached the spine."

Please check that your GPC machine is working properly. When the GPC is working properly, you can then access Mail Manager and reprocess the messages to resend them.

Note - It is important you attend to the error message as soon as possible as your patient may be waiting for their EPS prescription at the pharmacy.
