Read Formulary

The Read Formulary enables you to:

• Maintain your Read formulary by adding or removing Read terms, and adding your own user-defined keywords to help selection.
• Export and Import Read Formularies so they can be shared between practices.

The original function of Populate Read Formulary is no longer relevant. It was for practices converting to Vision from VAMP Medical, where OXMIS entries were used in History and Prevention. Populate Read Formulary could create a formulary based previously used Read (or OXMIS).
