Recover from Archive

You can recover a message from the Archive view, re-instating for reference.

  1. From Mail Manager, select File - Archive View.
  2. Locate the message you want to re-instate
  3. Right click on the message and select Archiving - Recover from Archive.
  4. A warning message displays, select Yes.
  5. The full contents of the message are restored and display.
  6. Select Refresh and the message is no longer visible in the Archive View.
  7. Select View - Archive View to remove the tick.
