Identifiers

Select the Identifier tab.

1. Click Add for the Add - Identifier screen.
2. In Identifier Type, select RI code.
3. In Organisation: TP/HB/CSA select the TP/HB/CSA (Health Authority).
4. In Identifier Value, type in the RI code that the Health Board/CCG/LCG has given you.

   Note - Each Residential Institute has its own unique RI code.

5. Click OK to save and close.
