Editing a main telephone number

1. From Control Panel - File Maintenance - Organisations, find and select the organisation required.
2. Select Edit .
3. Select the existing phone number to highlight it.
4. Select Edit.
5. The Communication - Update screen displays, update as required
6. Select OK.
7. Finally select Close.
