Removing access to a Mailbox

All access rights to an individual mailbox can be removed in one step, saving you from having to remove each users rights one by one:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - (Undefined variable: General.Mail Maintenance) - Staff Access .
  2. Right click on the name of the staff member whose mailbox you want to remove rights from and select Remove Access to this Staff.
  3. When prompted to confirm access removal, select Yes.
  4. All access rights to the selected mailbox are now removed.
