Notes Tab

The Registration - Notes screen can be reached by clicking on the Notes tab from one of the other Registration screens; or from Folder - Notes.

On this screen, you can enter Administrative Notes, Contact Notes (how to make contact with the patient) and Confidential Notes.

  1. To enter an administrative or contact note, click within the required Note box and type in free text. You can either type on without a word wrap, or you can press Enter at a line end to move the text to the next line so that the message is confined to the width of the viewing box. To view the text, use the up/down side arrows, or bottom left/right arrows.
  2. To type in the Confidential Notes box, first click the Notes icon , then click inside Confidential Notes. Type in your free text message. You may then click on the button to hide the message away. The icon will be ticked to show there is a note entered .
  3. To exit from the Registration - Notes screen, click on one of the other Tabs: Personal, Address, Registration, Other, Ids or Family.
