Editing a Sent Yellow Card Report

Once a Yellow Card report has been sent, you cannot amend the original report. You can however delete the original report in Consultation Manager and create a new, updated report.See Deleting a Yellow Card Report and Creating a Yellow Card Report via the Drug Allergy and Intolerance Screen.
