Online Prescriptions

Patients registered for online services can order repeat and request acute issues via:

• Patient Services - England, Scotland and Northern Ireland
• My Health Online - Wales.

All requests are received in Mail Manager ready for you to process and issue the prescription.

Prescription requests and messages (if enabled), are listed in the Incoming Mail folder and can be filtered using the Mail Category folder Online Prescription.
