Control Panel

Control Panel , from the Management Tools tab, brings all the maintenance functions of Vision 3 together in one place.

This includes:

  • Mail Maintenance - To add and maintain staff actions, action status and access rights to messages in Mail Manager, see Mail Maintenance in the Management Tools Help Centre
  • File Maintenance - To add and maintain practice staff, staff groups, practice details and organisations, for example, hospitals, departments, consultants and trading partners, see File Maintenance in the Management Tools Help Centre
  • Eventlog Viewer - a record of the workstations, users, and events such as access to the system, software updates.
  • System Status - To view the current status of either a workstation or a user.
  • Security - To give practice staff the right to use the various aspects of Vision 3, including passwords, defaults, groups and access, see Security in the Management Tools Help Centre.
