Adding Access Rights to Unallocated Mail

Unallocated mail is mail received that does not match to a recipient in your practice, it must therefore be manually allocated to an appropriate clinician.

Important - At least one member of staff or GP, preferably two, should have access to Unallocated Mail.

To allocate access rights to Unallocated Mail:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance and select the Staff Access tab.
  2. Right click on the name of the staff member required and select Add.
  3. The Access Rights - Add screen displays. From the available list select Unallocated Mail:
