Removing a Message Redirection

To remove a redirect:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance - Msg Redirection .
  2. Right click on the divert to remove and select Cancel.
  3. A confirmation screen displays, select OK.
  4. The 'Are you sure you wish to cancel this message redirection' message displays, select Yes.

Viewing Expired or Cancelled Redirections

To display expired or cancelled redirections for audit purposes:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance - Msg Redirection .
  2. Right click on the mailbox you are interested in and select Show Expired and/or Show Cancelled:

  3. Any expired or cancelled redirections display.
