I can't see prescriptions as an option
If you cannot see My Prescriptions as an option:
- It may mean that your surgery has not signed up for this facility,
- You only have a basic registration and therefore need to update it, or
- There is a technical issue.
Please contact your surgery to clarify the services available and if required they can report the issue.
