Understanding/Monitoring Your Prescription Status

Once requested, your prescription requests within Prescriptions - Request History are displayed with one of the following statuses:

  • In Progress - A new request which has not been processed by your GP practice yet.
  • Not Processed - An outstanding request that has not been processed by your GP practice and is older than 5 days.
  • Processed - A request that has been processed and is ready to collect.
  • Rejected - A request refused by your GP practice:

Whilst processing your prescription request a message can be added to it by your GP practice, select + to view the message which displays in red.
