Why can't I order the prescription I want?
If a repeat prescription you want to re-order is not in the Available Repeat Prescriptions list it may:

Have expired or have reached the maximum number of issues and needs to be reauthorised by your practice, or

It may have been issued as a Batch Prescribing item in which case, issues are held and managed by your pharmacy. When you have received all of your issues, the pharmacy contact the surgery on your behalf. Contact your pharmacy to collect your prescription.
Note - Contact your GP practice if you cannot order the repeat prescription you need.
Important - Some medication is not legally allowed to be authorised or re-authorised online, for Controlled Drugs you may have to contact your surgery in person to request a new or expired repeat.
