How do I reset my password?
You can amend your password once logged in to Patient Services:
- From Patient Services, select My Account .
- Select Password Reset.
- Enter your old password in Old Password.
- Enter your new password in New Password.
- Now, re-enter your new password in Confirm Password.
- Select Update to save your changes.
- A confirmation message is displayed.
Remember - Your new password must meet the criteria shown on the screen.
