How do I view my Appointments History?

To view your appointment history:

Log in to your Patient Services account in the usual way.
Select My Appointments .
Select Appointments History .
A list of your past appointments, both those attended and those not attended, is displayed in reverse chronological order.
Select Back to return to My Appointments.

Note - If you have no previous appointments, the Appointment History button is not displayed.

Note - To print this topic select the Print button

in the top right corner and follow the on-screen prompts.
