Why do I have a message about Maximum Booking Allowed?

Depending on your practice's settings, there may be a maximum number of appointments you can book, this number includes all the appointments you have booked, not just those booked online. Once you reach the maximum limit, no additional bookings can be made online and "You have reached the maximum number of booking allowed. No further bookings can be made at this time" is displayed.

To book further appointments, review the list of booked appointments and if required cancel one of the bookings, which then allows you to make a new appointment. Alternatively, contact your GP practice to make a further appointment.
