What is my Preferred Pharmacy?

Your preferred pharmacy is selected by you, but set on your record by your GP Surgery. It is the pharmacy your surgery send your prescriptions to if they offer, and you subscribe to, this service.

To view your Preferred Pharmacy:

Log in to your Patient Services account in the usual way.
Select My Prescriptions .
Your Prescriptions screen is displayed with My Pharmacy in the top right corner and your current preferred pharmacy displayed.
To change the pharmacy selected, please contact your GP surgery directly.
