'You have not yet linked to a practice account' message

If, when you log into Patient Services, you are presented with the following message:

"You have not yet linked to a practice account, click Link Here":

  1. Select Link Here and the Linkage screen is displayed.
  2. Enter your Practice ID where indicated.
  3. You are now directed to either the one step or two step registration process depending on the version of software your practice has installed where you are guided through the registration process.

If you have tried the above and you are still having technical issues, use the Contact website support link at the bottom of the screen.
