I cannot link my account - We cannot log you on to your practice

If you cannot log on to your account and you get an 'Error we cannot log you onto your practice' message, it can mean either:

  • Your registration letter or the old myvisioonline login may have been replaced by new registration information.
  • The connection to your practice may not be accepting outside connection.
  • The services may not be running correctly.

Please contact your surgery on the usual number to report the issue.
