I have not received an email I was expecting

You should receive an email response for the following actions:

  • Registration activation
  • Appointment booking confirmation
  • Appointment cancellation confirmation
  • Prescription ordered confirmation
  • When you receive a message from your surgery

If these emails are not received, please check your Spam/Junk folder. The confirmation emails from Patient Services come from:

  • noreply@patient-services.co.uk
  • noreply@myvisiononline.co.uk

If these emails are found in your Spam / Junk folder, add the addresses to your safe sender list. (If you are unsure how to do this please refer to your email account help for assistance).
