Incoming Deduction Request Rejection

England and Wales only - The incoming Deduction Request Rejection (DRR) is received in response to you requesting a patient be deducted from the practice list because they have either died, left the area, embarked, or no longer are valid as a result of a FP69 Notification investigation.

To process an In-coming Deduction Request Rejection:

  1. From the Vision 3 front screen, select Messaging - Registration Links .
  2. Select Transactions Management .
  3. Select Incoming Transactions.
  4. Highlight the Deduction Request Rejection and select Process.
  5. The In-coming Deduction Request Rejection screen displays.
  6. The transaction should include the reason that the TP has rejected the Deduction Request. You can either delete the transaction once viewed or re-process it.
