Getting Started

This Shared Care Help Centre is designed to help you with all your day to day activities working with Cegedim Healthcare Solutions products in a Shared Care setting.

To book an appointment for a patient and then check them in:

  • Vision360 Shared Appointments - A web based appointments system, used for creating a shared appointments book and booking appointments across services.

  • Appointments and Appointments Setup - The latest functionality rich desktop applications.

To view the patient clinical history and record your consultation:

  • Vision Anywhere - A clinical system, providing secure access to patient records, across practices both online and offline. Used for recording consultations, clinical detail, prescriptions and managing patient care.

To send messages/tasks to the patient's practice:

  • Tasks - An easy to use task management system, used for creating, keeping track of and processing tasks quickly and easily across multiple organisations.

Other Shared Care Services:

  • Community- A caseload management tool for community based staff.

    • Managing Vision 3 and non-Vision 3 staff logins and passwords

    • Viewing and managing aspects of Shared Care Service you are part of
