SMS Reminders
Automatically send SMS appointment reminders to your patients after they have given their consent.
An initial confirmation message generates on booking the appointment, followed by a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.
Note - SMS reminders are not generated for appointment cancellations.
Once this facility has been activated additional fields display in the Appointment Information view.
