Maintaining Personal Plans

Select Personal Plan

  1. Select the Personal Plan button.
  2. Select the Book Owner from the drop-down list.

  3. Where the Book Owner has multiple plans, choose the appropriate plan from the drop-down list, in the lower left.

  4. After updating the Personal Plan select OK to save the changes.

Insert Sessions into the Personal Plan

  1. List the sessions available using the Session List button.
    The Add Session to Plan list displays.
  2. Select a session and drag it onto the Personal Plan.

    The Confirm Details box displays.

  3. Check the details and amend start time if required.

  4. Select OK to proceed.
  5. Select OK to save the Personal Plan.

Removing a Session

  1. Highlight the session to be removed.
  2. Select the Remove button.

    An alert displays "Are you sure you want to remove XXXXXX?".

  3. Select Yes to confirm that you want to remove the session.
  4. Select OK to save the changes to the Personal Plan.
Note - Any changes made to the Personal Plan only take effect the next time you extend the book.
