When a patient has not attended an appointment the DNA alert displays next to the appointment.
The day following the appointment, details also display in the DNA history, which lists the most recent appointments that the patient did not attend.
To access the DNAs list:
- Select a patient. See - Select a Patient.
- Select the Patient's Appointments button.
The view displays.
- In the Booked appointments section, select DNAs.
A list of up to 10 DNAs displays.
Note - Only the last 10 DNAs display.
- Select Close to exit.
