Panic Button

From any Vision app, simply select the Panic button and a call for help is sent to every workstation on the network.

Simply select Stop on the small banner displayed in the lower right corner of your screen:

If a Member of staff selects the Panic button, a request for help is broadcast across all the workstations in your network:
Once someone selects the I'm on my way button, the assistance request is updated with the names of those responding:

Service Connection Status

The traffic lights on the Service Connection Status button indicate:
- Green
- All services are working
- Amber
- At least one service is down
- Red
- All services are down

Different Roles...

You can quickly change roles within Vision Admin, by simply selecting your name from the top tool bar and selecting the switch option .
