Cancellation Reasons

Cancellation reasons are used to audit the why booked appointments are being cancelled. These are used both in practice and by the patient via online services.

To view your Cancellation reasons:

  1. From the Appointments Setup menu, select Cancellations reasons .
  2. The Cancellation reasons screen displays:

The list can be ordered, usually most frequently used first, by dragging and dropping the reasons into order.

You can also use Search cancellation reasons to find a reason if required.
