Search Text

The second window by Keyword is Search Text.

Entering two keywords - You can either use this for a second keyword, for example, typing throat in keyword, and sore in Search Text and click on Find. This will narrow down the list to those with Sore throat in the description. Or type lumbar in Keyword then Tab key to Search text and type Pain, then click on Find. See Ways of entering keywords.
