Repeat Therapy Reorder Form

The Repeat Therapy Reorder Form lists a patient's repeat items and displays on the right-hand side of a printed repeat prescription. It is usually given to the patient to be used as both:

  • a record of their repeat items, and
  • to make the reorder process simpler, allowing them to tick the items they require.

To update the message on your Repeat Therapy reorder form:

  1. From Consultation Manager, select Consultation - Options - Repeat Reorder Therapy Form:

  1. The Repeat Therapy Reorder Form Setup screen displays:

  1. Complete as required.
  2. Select OK to save and close.
Training Tip - Medication with PRN "As Needed" dosage instructions can be printed on a separate reorder form. To separate out PRN's, tick to print PRN medication under a separate heading on the reorder form. Additional PRN guidance instructions are setup in Management Tools - Control Panel. Untick to print PRN and non-PRN items on the same reorder form.
