Adding Health Promotion Intervention
To record a Health Promotion intervention, either select Add - Health Promotion Interventions, or simply select Health Promotion
from any qualifying SDA.
Health promotion can include:
- Leaflets
- Advice
- Invitation to a clinic
Blood Pressure
Blood Pressure records were relevant for the Health Promotion Report - Band 1 for patients between 25 and 74 years of age.
Alcohol
Alcohol records were relevant for the Health Promotion Report - Band 3 for patients whose age falls within 25 and 74 years of age.
You can also record Health Promotion interventions from either the HP Interventions line on the Navigation pane of the Patient Record, right click and select Management Plan.
