Editing or Deleting Immunisations

Note - If you need to edit or delete a compound immunisation entry, for example, MMR or DTPP/Hib Hep B, all edits are applied to the associated compound entries. For example, if you add a note to a Measles entry which formed part of an MMR combined entry, it is also applied to the Mumps and Rubella entries. If you delete one of the entries, a warning displays that this also deletes the rest of the associated entries for the immunisation

To edit an Immunisation:

  1. From Consultation Manager, select the patient required and locate the immunisation to update.

  2. Right click on the entry require and select Edit.

  3. The Immunisation - Update screen displays, make the changes required.

  4. Select OK to save.

To delete an immunisation:

  1. From Consultation Manager, select the patient required and locate the immunisation to delete.

  2. Right click on the entry require and select Delete.

  3. The Immunisation - Delete screen displays, select Delete to confirm.

  4. The Delete patient data screen displays, select a Reason for deletion and add any Additional information as appropriate.

  5. Select OK to save.
