Updating an Entry

If an entry needs to be updated, for example, to correct a mistake, editing an entry is simple:

  1. From Consultation Manager , select the patient required.
  2. Right click on the entry you want to update and select Edit.
  3. The - Update screen displays, update the details required.
  4. Select OK to save and close.
Note - If you update an immunisation which is part of a compound, for example MMR, the associated entries automatically update.
