Journal Tab

The Journal tab lists all the patient's clinical data. Initially the data displays in chronological order with the most recent data at the top, this can be sorted by selecting the header of a column, for example, Description to display data by description.

The Journal tab is one of the quickest ways of viewing a patient's medical history.

  • Items with no event date display at the bottom of the list.

  • A maximum of nine lines per entry display initially on the Journal, any record that is longer, displays Show More..., select to display full record:

Training Tip - From the Journal tab, you can right click on a line and select Consultation View which displays all the items added in the same consultation as the record selected.
