Different Displays and Hiding the Folder List
- Show details of message - full screen - To display the details of a selected message in full screen, hiding both the folder list and the message list, select View
. Select View again to revert to the normal screen. - Hide the folder list - To hide the folder list, select Close
on the date filter line. - Re-display a hidden folder list - To re-display the folder list either:
- Select the white arrow next to Incoming Mail to display the folder list as an overlying window and if required, select the pin
to fix it, or - Select View - Folder List.
- Select the white arrow next to Incoming Mail to display the folder list as an overlying window and if required, select the pin
- Show completed messages - To display completed messages only in the message list, select View - Show completed messages.
- Active
- Select to display only active and completed messages. Active toggles with All 
which displays all unarchived messages. - Show removed messages - To hide or show removed messages, select View - Show removed messages.
- Filter - You can filter the messages that display by:
- Date
- Unassigned
- Flagged
- Outstanding Action
