Patients Tab
The Patient tab lists the patients with messages and is the default view for a non-clinician.
The Unassigned Mail entry contains mail for patients not currently matched to Vision 3 patients. This may also include mail that is not specifically patient related.
Note - Copied messages do not appear in the Patient tab.
Important - There is an important difference between the Staff and the Patient tab. The Patients tab displays all patients for whom mail has been received. The Staff tab only shows those messages you have a right to view.
