Recover from Archive

You can recover a message from the Archive view, re-instating it for reference or further processing:

  1. From Mail Manager , select File - Archive View.
  2. Locate the message you want to re-instate, right click on it and select Archiving - Recover from Archive.
  3. A warning message displays, select Yes and the full contents of the message displays.
  4. Select Refresh and the message is no longer visible in the Archive View.
  5. Select View - Archive View to view active messages.
