Tools menu

The following options are available from the Tool menu:

• Attachment Forward Maintenance - Attachments that have been forwarded to Docman are stored in a folder which must be cleared periodically, see Attachment Forward Maintenance.
• Count Online Repeat Requests - Select to run a report to count the number of online prescription requests within a specific time frame, see Online Prescription Request Report.
• Lookup - Select to maintain local Read mappings and units of measure fro incoming messages, see Lookup.
• Local IDs - Select to maintain local mapping for staff that receive pathology results but do not have their own GMP code, see Local IDs.
• Message Redirection - Select to set up a redirect for messages received in the absence of a staff member, see Message Redirection.
